Book design for a collection of stories and articles from the COVID-19 Pandemic. The designs include two alternatives for covers, table of contents and section separator pages - the first set is inspired by the New York Times’ map of global COVID-19 cases, while the second is inspired by the John Hopkins' Map of Global COVID-19 cases.
Article Spreads
Three articles from The New York Times that dive into perspectives of the pandemic from Chinese-Americans, abused women, and people with O.C.D. The use of the word searches are to allude to the fact that these perspectives are hidden or neglected and how these stories are drawing them out and bringing them into the light, for more people to read about, understand, and acknowledge.
